Service Manager – B2B Travel Tech (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Manager to support our key B2B partners in Malaysia and Singapore. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering excellent client service within a fast‑growing travel‑tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a select group of top partners, handling escalations and complex issues.
• Monitor and manage cases in the CRM system to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide regular updates and check‑ins with clients to maintain satisfaction.
• Use Tableau and SQL to track service metrics, generate reports and drive improvements.
• Participate in client meetings, advocate for client needs internally, and collaborate with operations, support and technical teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Malay (both spoken and written).
• Comfortable working with data‑driven tools and dashboards.
• Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities and empathy.
• Experience in the travel industry or related sectors is a plus.
• Background in account or service management, preferably B2B.
