Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver error‑free cash and transaction services in line with the branch’s Service Standards.
• Maintain compliance with BSP, AMLA and other external regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage clients professionally to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Perform assigned administrative functions in an organized, systematic manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• High level of security awareness and ability to monitor controls.
• Empathetic, compassionate and service‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to accuracy, quality and organizational standards.
