Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Associate (Bank Teller) to deliver accurate and courteous over‑the‑counter services to our Business Center clients. The role supports the branch’s business objectives while ensuring strict compliance with BSP and AML regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, BSP and Anti‑Money Laundering regulations.
• Identify risk areas and apply bank policies to eliminate risks.
• Maintain service standards such as acceptable wait times, turnaround times and error‑free transaction processing.
• Support process improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage clients professionally to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Perform delegated administrative functions in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complexity, make efficient decisions and manage time effectively.
• Strong controlling, monitoring and security‑awareness skills.
• Empathetic, able to engage easily with people.
• Highly compassionate, committed to the organization and service‑oriented.
• Attention to order, quality and accuracy.
