About the role
The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash, checks, and electronic transactions with zero errors.
- Maintain service standards such as line wait time and turnaround time.
- Adhere to BSP, AMLA, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate risk areas by following bank policies.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations.
- Perform administrative tasks delegated by the branch.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong decision‑making, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail.
- Ability to handle complex situations and maintain security awareness.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented attitude.
