About the role
The Service Associate provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center. The role ensures compliance with internal policies, BSP and AMLA regulations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash, check, and electronic transactions accurately and within service standards.
- Maintain compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
- Support process improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
- Engage with clients to provide a high‑quality customer experience.
- Perform administrative functions delegated by the branch manager.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to handle complexity, make efficient decisions and manage time effectively.
- Strong controlling, monitoring and security awareness.
- Empathetic, compassionate and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
