SEO/SEM Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO/SEM Generalist to plan, implement and manage both organic and paid search strategies for Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines. The role blends analytical thinking, creativity and hands‑on execution to boost our online visibility and drive targeted traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and optimise website, landing pages and app‑store listings for higher organic rankings.
• Implement technical SEO improvements such as site‑speed optimisation, schema markup and mobile optimisation.
• Plan, create and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing and other platforms.
• Optimise ad copy, targeting and bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
• Monitor, analyse and report on both organic and paid performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and other tools.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure KPIs are met.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO/SEM trends, algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in SEO, SEM or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Experience working with fintech, e‑commerce or crypto is a plus.
