SEO/SEM Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a SEO/SEM Generalist to drive both organic and paid search strategies for Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines. You will work closely with product, design and content teams to boost visibility, attract qualified traffic and support our growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website, landing pages and app‑store listings for SEO.
• Implement technical SEO improvements such as site‑speed, schema markup and mobile optimisation.
• Plan, create and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing and other platforms.
• Monitor, analyse and report on organic and paid performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEM tools.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies and ROI targets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, SEM or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Experience in fintech, e‑commerce or crypto is a plus.
