SEO Manager – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join a boutique Australian marketing consultancy remotely. This strategic, hands‑on position will drive organic growth for healthcare clients while leading a small SEO team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced keyword research and develop keyword mapping aligned with site architecture.
• Design and optimise website structure, URL hierarchy and internal linking for SEO performance.
• Perform on‑page audits, implement meta tags, schema markup and content optimisations.
• Run comprehensive technical SEO audits, resolve site speed, mobile, indexation and crawl‑error issues.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt and overall site health.
• Analyse backlink profiles, execute link‑building strategies and oversee outreach campaigns.
• Optimise Google Business Profile listings and implement local SEO tactics for brick‑and‑mortar locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or senior SEO specialist.
• Strong technical SEO expertise and a track record of measurable organic growth.
• Experience managing and mentoring a small SEO team.
• Ability to work aligned with Australian business hours while enjoying contractor flexibility.
