SEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead both organic and paid search initiatives for Clark Outsourcing. The role will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to drive traffic, improve ROI, and enhance our online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis and audience targeting to support both PPC and SEO efforts.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Implement on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies, including technical SEO, link building and content optimisation.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align paid and organic strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Utilise web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager) to track results and generate insights.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages and bidding strategies.
• Manage budgets to ensure cost‑efficiency and high return on investment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and PPC.
• Proven track record with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines and optimise budget allocation.
