SEO & Growth Assistant – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a detail‑oriented SEO & Growth Assistant to help translate SEO efforts into real business results. This remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving website performance, and supporting organic growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on‑page optimization.
• Support content improvements to boost visibility and search performance.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
• Assist with backlink outreach and track link‑building efforts.
• Help manage site structure, product pages, and Shopify SEO updates.
• Analyze performance data and contribute to clear, actionable reports.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics and Excel.
• Understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data handling.
• Clear written communication and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
