SEO & AI Search Specialist – Online Reputation Management

About the role

Aldesa BPO Inc. is seeking a full‑time SEO/AI SEO & Online Reputation Management specialist to join its Cebu team. The role blends traditional SEO tactics with AI‑driven search features and focuses on protecting and enhancing the brand’s online reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor SEO strategies, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and link‑building campaigns.
• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify technical and content‑related improvements.
• Analyze web analytics data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Track brand mentions, reviews, and social media sentiment using reputation management tools.
• Coordinate timely, professional responses to online feedback and manage review platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align SEO and reputation goals with overall business objectives.
• Document best practices, test new approaches, and proactively identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or online reputation management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote tasks.
