Senior US Recruiter – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned, highly articulate Senior US Recruiter to specialize in high‑touch candidate evaluation, targeted phone outreach, and screening across our industrial divisions (WoodJobs, PlasticStaffing, MetalRecruiters). The role focuses entirely on evaluating pre‑sourced, warm pipelines, conducting in‑depth phone screens, assessing qualifications, and pitching career growth opportunities to US‑based professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured phone screening calls with US applicants to evaluate technical fit, experience, salary expectations, and motivation.
• Perform strategic partial headhunting and proactive outreach to supplement talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill niche positions.
• Ask division‑specific qualifying questions tailored to wood, plastics, and metal manufacturing roles.
• Manage applicant pipelines, document interview notes, and present top‑tier candidates to hiring leadership.
• Maintain real‑time ATS/CRM records of call logs, assessment scores, candidate statuses, and recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of dedicated US recruitment experience, preferably in niche industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Exceptional verbal English with a neutral American accent and ability to engage US professionals.
• Proven track record in phone screening, active outreach/headhunting, and salary negotiation.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet call‑volume targets, and make objective evaluation decisions.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern ATS/CRM platforms.
• Proficiency using VOIP softphones and data‑tracking tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
