Senior Tax Specialist / Supervisor

About the role

Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines, is looking for a Senior Tax Specialist/Supervisor to shape its global corporate tax structure and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the global corporate tax framework covering the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Europe and other regions.
• Review financial statements and tax returns to optimise tax costs and meet filing deadlines.
• Develop and enforce tax‑compliance policies and manage relationships with tax regulators.
• Represent the finance team in tax audits and resolve tax cases.
• Advise on domestic and cross‑border transaction tax implications and propose tax‑efficient alternatives.
• Identify tax risks, implement controls and stay current on tax law changes.

Required profile

• CPA or CPA‑Lawyer with a Certificate of Accreditation as a Tax Practitioner.
• At least 8 years of progressive tax experience, preferably with a Big Four firm or a large multinational.
• Recent experience (within the last 12 months) building corporate tax structures.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and proven leadership skills.
