Senior Tax Accountant / Tax Reviewer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant who will act as a technical leader within our growing firm. The role bridges senior management and junior staff, focusing on complex tax return preparation, review, and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex Individual (1040), Partnership (1065), S‑Corporation (1120S), and Corporate (1120) tax returns.
• Review tax returns and workpapers prepared by junior team members.
• Analyze trial balances and financial statements to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and review adjusting journal entries.
• Identify potential issues early and ensure compliance with firm quality standards and deadlines.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of US public accounting tax experience.
• Strong ability to manage complex returns independently from start to finish.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
