Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Construction

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for construction and contracting positions. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent for large‑scale projects across the UAE and the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for roles such as Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, QA/QC, HSE professionals, foremen, and skilled workers.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, referrals, social media, and agency networks.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks, and coordinate offers.
• Build relationships with Philippines‑based and UAE‑based candidates, recruitment agencies, and manpower suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, contracting, engineering or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to recruit both professional/technical and skilled workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and employment regulations.

Required skills

• End‑to‑end recruitment process management.
• Advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Experience with recruitment agencies and overseas manpower suppliers.
