Senior Systems Support Associate – Wave PPM

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior Systems Support Associate to provide Tier 2 support for its Wave Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module within the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP environment. The role focuses on resolving user tickets, ensuring smooth operation of the PPM and related finance modules, and supporting integrated systems such as Salesforce and SharePoint.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Tier 2 PPM tickets raised by Wave end‑users, following IOM’s incident and problem management processes.
• Provide functional and technical assistance for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP (Wave) PPM and finance modules.
• Liaise with internal technical and business stakeholders to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Maintain system documentation and support knowledge base updates.
• Coordinate with related systems (Salesforce, SharePoint) to ensure seamless integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Business Management with at least four years of relevant experience (or high school diploma with six years of experience).
• Proven technical and functional experience with ERP PPM or finance modules.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced support environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and business teams.
