Senior Systems Administrator – Remote (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our global Service Desk team on a remote, night‑shift basis. You will provide high‑quality IT support to users across the Philippines and worldwide, ensuring smooth operation of critical business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote IT support via phone and email, handling incidents from logging to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Windows 10/11, Citrix, VDI, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other essential applications.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps and resolutions in ServiceNow while meeting SLA targets.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to identify recurring problems, contribute to knowledge articles and drive continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Service Desk or IT Help Desk environment.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for Windows 10/11, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Zoom and desktop applications.
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting while managing multiple requests and meeting SLAs.
