Senior Systems Administrator – Makati Office

About the role

TrueNAS is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to lead the IT operations of its Makati office. The role blends hands‑on systems and network administration with site‑level leadership, ensuring a stable, secure, and high‑performing environment while fostering the company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day stability, performance and security of the Makati IT infrastructure.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot network components such as switches, routers, firewalls and VPNs.
• Integrate the local environment with TrueNAS global corporate infrastructure.
• Act as the primary site leader, driving culture, workplace operations and reporting on office performance.
• Provide strategic feedback to corporate on facility improvements and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in systems and network administration.
• Strong leadership, communication and workplace‑operations skills.
• Ability to work independently in an on‑site environment.

• Network infrastructure configuration.
