Senior System Analyst – Hybrid (Makati)

About the role

The Senior System Analyst will be the primary functional support resource for critical business applications, ensuring stability, compliance, and continuous improvement. Working in a hybrid model (2 days onsite), the role partners with business stakeholders, system owners, and technical teams to resolve issues and drive enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for application support, ensuring clear communication and swift problem resolution.
• Collaborate with system owners to allocate staffing during peak periods and critical close cycles.
• Define, document, and prioritize system change requirements, including fixes and enhancements.
• Work with Technical Support to implement changes with minimal disruption.
• Maintain compliance with corporate standards, internal controls, and data‑privacy regulations.
• Conduct annual risk assessments and data‑privacy reviews, incorporating input from technical teams.
• Keep documentation current and accessible for transparency.
• Coordinate technical support coverage with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend process and technical improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience supporting enterprise business applications in an application support, systems analyst, or business systems role.
• Proven ability to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, internal controls, risk management, and data‑privacy practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
