Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced L2 Infrastructure & Endpoint Management Engineer with deep expertise in BMC Client Management, BMC TrueSight Server Automation and Microsoft SCCM/MECM. The role focuses on enterprise‑wide endpoint management, OS deployment, patching, software distribution, server automation, compliance and incident resolution within a large‑scale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain BMC Client Management infrastructure, including Master, Relay, and Agent components, and manage software packaging, OS imaging, inventory collection and compliance reporting.
• Manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) infrastructure, deploy operating systems via OSD task sequences, oversee software lifecycle, patch deployment and co‑management with Intune.
• Act as L2 escalation point for platform incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, lead outage troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, batch and shell scripting for software deployment, patching, reporting and system maintenance.
• Oversee enterprise‑wide patch management for Windows servers and workstations, monitor compliance, remediate vulnerabilities and perform health checks on endpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in L2 infrastructure and endpoint management within large enterprises.
• Strong troubleshooting, automation and operational management skills.
• Ability to lead incident resolution and coordinate change management processes.
