Senior Specialist Buyer Planner

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Senior Specialist Buyer Planner to lead end‑to‑end supply planning and procurement. You will ensure the right products are available at the right time while optimizing cost, quality, and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review and manage purchase orders, supplier confirmations and order changes.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers to confirm pricing, quantities and on‑time delivery.
• Plan and project inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
• Analyze procurement, inventory and performance data to support decision‑making.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.

Required skills

• Data mining, manipulation, analysis and reporting experience.
• Supplier relationship management with both local and international vendors.
• Inventory management and supply‑gap analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in buying, planning and supply chain.
