Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, highly organized Senior Social Media Manager to join a fast‑moving video production company. This part‑time, fully remote position works closely with the founder and the creative team to shape client campaigns, develop content ideas, and own the end‑to‑end social strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build comprehensive content plans tailored to diverse client goals and audiences.
• Conceptualise native social content, thumb‑stopping hooks and platform‑specific campaign plans.
• Join client calls, present social strategies and explain data‑driven creative choices.
• Edit short‑form video assets (films, reels) to a polished, social‑first standard.
• Support production logistics, including call sheets and shoot preparations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in social media strategy, digital marketing or content creation within an agency or video production environment.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends and algorithm mechanics.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
• Proactive, dependable and able to work independently as the internal social media expert.

What we offer

• Part‑time (20 hours/week) remote contract.
