Senior SEO Content Strategist - B2B Growth

About the role

RemotePass is looking for a senior SEO content strategist who blends traditional SEO expertise with the emerging AI‑driven discovery landscape. The role focuses on ranking content in AI engines and platforms such as YouTube and Reddit, using first‑party data to drive qualified leads rather than vanity traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end content strategy across blogs, guides, landing pages, emails, case studies and other resources.
• Prioritize visibility in AI engines and third‑party platforms (YouTube, Reddit, etc.) over classic search rankings.
• Leverage first‑party data to decide content topics and double‑down on high‑performing assets.
• Build lightweight AI‑powered tools for content creation, lead capture and scaling without waiting for engineering support.
• Analyze performance metrics, track leads and pipeline, and iterate on successful tactics.
• Collaborate with the Technical SEO Lead on keyword alignment while maintaining ownership of the content roadmap.
• Brief and manage designers, writers and other contributors to bring content to life.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO/content experience in B2B environments with a strong commercial mindset.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and AI‑visibility platforms (e.g., Profound, Athena).
• Proven ability to build and ship custom lightweight tools.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and delivering end‑to‑end projects.
