About the role

Shang Properties, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead its high‑end property sales teams in Metro Manila. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships across its office, retail, and residential portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and analyse performance metrics.
• Oversee negotiations and close high‑value deals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to optimise sales efforts.
• Ensure continuous client satisfaction and post‑sale support.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in sales management and business development.
• Exceptional client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Strategic planning, market analysis, and performance analytics proficiency.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet revenue targets while managing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with real‑estate, retail, and residential development is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
