Senior Sales Executive – MICE Sales (Manila)

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will achieve agreed sales revenue targets by building professional relationships with MICE agents, incentive houses and associations. The role supports positioning Dubai as a global MICE destination and increasing third‑ and fourth‑freedom traffic flows.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with major MICE agents and associations to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Build strong links with Convention Bureaus, hotels, DMCs and tourism offices to position Emirates as a leading MICE carrier.
• Collaborate with the Global MICE team and regional sales managers to manage strategic accounts.
• Maintain a minimum weekly call rate and update sales activities in Salesforce.com.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for key accounts.
• Monitor revenue results, recommend actions and negotiate incentive and discount agreements.
• Generate and qualify sales leads using business intelligence tools.
• Investigate competitor activity and coordinate responses with local and global teams.
• Act as an Emirates ambassador within the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Experience in airline or travel trade sales environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant, outgoing personality.
• Legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
