Senior Sales Associate

About the role

Hive Health is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to drive its mission of making quality healthcare accessible to more Filipinos. You will work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment, collaborating across functions to improve user experience and grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing SME accounts.
• Forge and manage relationships with strategic partners to expand reach to more SMEs.
• Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product suite and competing health plans.
• Conduct regular industry and competitor analysis to keep Hive’s offerings unparalleled.
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback into product development.
• Assist in brand‑building initiatives and networking activities.
• Support and coordinate with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships or a related field.
• Creative, strategic and proactive in problem‑solving and identifying opportunities.
• Ability to use data and perform business analysis to support key decisions.
