Senior SaaS Systems Administrator

About the role

The Senior SaaS Systems Administrator ensures the reliability, security, and performance of NCC Group’s cloud‑based platforms and internal SaaS applications. Working on‑site two days a week in Taguig, you will partner with engineering, security, and service delivery teams to keep the SaaS ecosystem robust and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Administer core SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365, Atlassian suite, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Slack, handling provisioning, de‑provisioning, access control and license optimisation.
• Monitor system performance, availability and usage trends to maintain optimal operation.
• Implement security best practices (MFA, SSO, RBAC, conditional access) and support audits, risk assessments and compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual effort and improve cost efficiency.
• Integrate SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks and automation tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, act as escalation point for complex issues, and keep documentation and runbooks up to date.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT operations, cybersecurity and business stakeholders; participate in vendor evaluations and renewal management.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle management and cloud service delivery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations and automated workflows.
• Analytical problem‑solving approach with excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working in security‑focused or compliance‑driven environments.
