Senior Research Analyst / Executive

About the role

You will join a high‑performing insights team that acts as an internal research agency. The role focuses on delivering global customer and market research programmes, turning data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of customer feedback programmes such as NPS tracking.
• Design and execute research projects, including questionnaire development, survey scripting, analysis and reporting.
• Analyse data from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns and insights.
• Prepare concise reports with actionable recommendations and track follow‑up actions.
• Produce regular dashboards and quarterly updates on business performance.
• Assist with one‑off and annual studies to deepen understanding of customers and the market.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including workflow automation.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience or knowledge of quantitative research methodology.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Collaborative and proactive teamwork approach.
