Senior Regional Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Regional Manager to lead construction projects across the region. The role oversees pre‑construction planning, execution, and post‑construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review project budgets (civil, structural, architectural, MEPFS) and schedules, presenting them to management.
• Approve contract packages recommended by Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Ensure necessary permits are secured before construction and occupancy phases.
• Monitor project status, identify roadblocks, and take corrective actions.
• Validate engineering drawings from design teams and review work scopes.
• Assess detailed Project Management Plans to guarantee successful project completion.
• Plan resources—including time, money, and manpower—for complex projects.
• Oversee daily project execution, material inventory, and workforce allocation.
• Review and endorse purchase requisitions, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery of owner‑supplied materials.
• Maintain and consolidate construction documents such as change orders, design change notices, task trackers, visual diaries, and inspection reports.
• Ensure construction quality complies with final drawings, specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations (OSH/DOLE, SMEDD).
• Track punch‑list items and guarantee completion within prescribed timelines.
• Identify project risks, recommend mitigation measures, and approve action plans for site issues.
• Conduct alignment meetings with stakeholders and review cost and progress reports.
• Approve contractor billings based on site accomplishments and team recommendations.
• Participate in walkthroughs with clients, designers, and construction teams.
• Prepare and validate periodic reports (weekly, bi‑monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, annual) for management review.
