Senior Recruiter – Night Shift (Fully Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process on a night‑shift schedule (9:00 PM–6:00 AM). The role is fully remote and requires you to source, assess and place candidates across multiple industries, from accounting to engineering and software development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from client intake and role calibration to offer negotiation and pre‑onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean searches and AI‑assisted recruitment tools.
• Conduct client calibration calls, translate business needs into actionable search plans, and maintain high‑touch candidate relationships.
• Operate independently as the sole recruiter on the night shift, prioritising pipelines, troubleshooting issues and making hiring decisions without escalation.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure speed and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or executive‑search environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client stakeholders and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience working in an outsourcing or shared‑services setting larger than GoTeam.
• Willingness to work fully remote on a fixed night‑shift schedule.
