Senior Purchasing Coordinator

About the role

As a Senior Purchasing Coordinator at HelloConnect, you will play a pivotal role in managing inbound supply‑chain operations for food and packaging materials. Working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Forecasting teams, you will ensure purchase orders are accurate, timely, and aligned with customer demand while upholding HelloConnect’s values and continuous‑improvement mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end category management of inbound supply‑chain activities, including supplier management, forecasting, procurement, delivery tracking and KPI monitoring.
• Drive performance metrics such as On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF) delivery, waste reduction, ASN compliance and customer error mitigation.
• Maintain supplier relationships, address queries, and monitor vendor performance through structured reporting and professional communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams—Forecasting, Procurement, Warehousing, Inventory—to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Execute rigorous audit protocols to verify order completeness and accuracy before transmission to suppliers.
• Identify and resolve supply‑chain disruptions, issuing supplemental purchase orders as needed.
• Uphold data integrity and confidentiality, correcting inaccuracies in internal systems.
• Mentor junior Purchasing Coordinators and champion process automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in purchasing, procurement or inbound supply‑chain coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance against KPIs.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and in‑house purchasing tools.
