Senior Property Manager

About the role

StaffRight is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a team of junior managers and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of residential and commercial properties. The role is remote, working US time zones, and focuses on tenant relations, financial performance, and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and guide junior on‑site property managers, ensuring best practices.
• Handle tenant communications, lease renewals and resolve escalated issues.
• Manage leasing activities: advertising, showings, applicant screening and lease drafting.
• Ensure lease compliance, investigate violations and address disputes.
• Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance, repairs and larger renovation projects.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies and operational improvements.
• Oversee financial performance: budget preparation, tracking and strategy implementation.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proven experience in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management.
• Previous experience managing or leading a property‑management team.
• Available to work US graveyard shift from the Philippines and start within two weeks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property‑management software.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Google Workspace.
• Time‑tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
