Senior Project / Program Manager

About the role

The Senior Project / Program Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple enterprise initiatives across customer operations, policy administration, underwriting, CRM, digital channels and technology. The role creates integrated plans, governs delivery, manages risks and provides executives with transparent progress and release readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Own concurrent initiatives from scope definition through design, build, testing, implementation, stabilization and operational hand‑over.
• Develop integrated work breakdown structures, milestone and critical‑path plans, delivery calendars and resource assumptions.
• Translate strategic outcomes and customer needs into executable work packages with clear deliverables, acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Lead governance and delivery forums, maintain RAG reporting, RAID logs, milestone tracking and executive escalations.
• Coordinate prioritization, capacity planning and sequencing across business units and technology teams.
• Partner with Product Owners to validate customer journeys, roadmaps, backlog priorities and release plans.
• Govern SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, deployment, cut‑over, rollback and operational support.
• Integrate privacy, legal, compliance, operational‑risk, information‑security and audit requirements throughout delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale enterprise projects or programs.
• Proven ability to align executive, business, operations, product, compliance and technology stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Strong governance, risk and issue management skills with experience delivering both Agile and Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Experience handling budget confirmation, cost‑benefit analysis, procurement and vendor coordination.
