Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation of solar power and battery energy storage projects across North Luzon, Philippines. The role will oversee planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and stakeholder management to ensure safe, on‑time and on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage solar and BESS implementation projects at sites in Bulacan, Pampanga and surrounding areas.
• Develop and monitor schedules, manpower loading and resource allocation.
• Control project budget, scope and timeline, providing regular status reports to management and clients.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, logistics and operations teams.
• Oversee procurement activities, vendor coordination, material delivery and subcontractor management.
• Supervise site construction, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, specifications and safety regulations.
• Monitor contractor performance, quality of work and testing/commissioning activities.
• Review electrical designs, technical drawings, load calculations and ensure compliance with Philippine electrical codes and renewable‑energy regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, utility providers and government agencies.

Required profile

• Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) in the Philippines.
• Significant leadership experience in renewable‑energy, EPC or power‑infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale solar and battery storage projects.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
