Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead strategic, operational and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects, defining scope, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Maintain RAID logs, risk registers and governance frameworks for the Manila site.
• Create and update project plans, schedules, status reports and executive dashboards.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees and senior stakeholder reviews.
• Manage cross‑functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, L&D and Client Services.
• Drive UAT, quality assurance and formal sign‑off processes for deliverables.
• Maintain a centralized portfolio view to optimize prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Identify automation, digital transformation and AI‑driven workflow opportunities.
• Prepare business cases and present performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Mentor team members on project management best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a BPO, shared services or outsourcing environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting to on‑shore leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com or Asana.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project management approaches.
