Senior Project Manager – Records Keeping

About the role

The Senior Project Manager (Records Keeping) will lead the Record Keeping portfolio for the APAC region, acting as the single point of contact for all related projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure successful delivery of voice and e‑communication recording solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and milestones for the Record Keeping program.
• Define scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders and lead IT, business analysts and application support teams.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and monitor progress to keep projects on track.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for procurement of servers, networking, storage and other equipment.
• Provide regular status updates to management and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation of voice recording systems such as Verint, NICE, Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams Voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering complex voice or e‑communication recording projects.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations (MiFID, Dodd‑Frank, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead global, cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience with both Agile and traditional Waterfall delivery methods.
• PMP or Prince‑2 certification is a plus.
