Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of diverse projects within the Center of Excellence, acting as the primary escalation point for any project‑related issues. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards while coordinating across multiple functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables for Managed Services, Turnkey Implementations, and administrative support initiatives.
• Monitor progress, track budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Serve as the first point of escalation, resolving issues promptly and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, CX Consultants, and Pre‑Sales teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track and report key metrics, align billing milestones with deliverables, and conduct post‑project evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in technology or CX environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
