Senior Project Manager – Global Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join CRIF’s Global Delivery team in the Philippines. The role will lead complex finance, banking and credit projects for international clients, ensuring successful delivery from inception to post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional project and functional analysis team to translate client business requirements into actionable plans.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, delivery and post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with international business and sales teams during pre‑sales and requirements definition to align technical and functional solutions.
• Define and maintain project plans covering timelines, resources, deliverables, costs and risk management.
• Support project pricing and contractual activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs and profitability targets.
• Provide post‑delivery support to drive product adoption and client satisfaction.
• Promote continuous improvement of delivery processes and foster collaboration across global CRIF teams.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of project management experience, preferably in banking, financial services or credit bureau projects.
• Proven track record managing international projects and multicultural teams.
• Strong leadership, client management and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel internationally.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
