Senior Procurement Specialist – Hybrid (Manila)

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities across multiple departments. The role combines vendor management, purchase order processing, and import/export coordination in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily purchase requests and manage procurement tickets and Bill of Materials (BOM) requests.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, quality, and reliable service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date vendor accreditation records and nurture strong vendor relationships.
• Create, monitor, and maintain purchase orders for CAPEX, office supplies, and other operational materials.
• Track receipt and delivery of goods, coordinating with requestors and Finance for accurate invoice processing.
• Handle complex import and export requirements, securing government permits such as NTC, OMB, BOC, and GTSB.
• Manage contract renewals and terminations for corporate telecommunications plans.
• Support internal process‑improvement initiatives and execute specific projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 4–5 years of procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain experience.
• Proven experience handling import/export procedures and government regulatory permits (BOC, NTC, OMB, GTSB).
• Demonstrated ability in vendor evaluation, performance management and price negotiation.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
