Senior Procurement Officer (Responsible Sourcing)

About the role

The Senior Procurement Officer (Responsible Sourcing) will lead supplier management and procurement activities to embed ESG and responsible sourcing practices across JFC’s global and local supply base. You will work closely with Global Category Managers and internal stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with the JFC Supplier Code of Conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sustainability‑related activities for suppliers in key categories such as beef, poultry, dairy, packaging, and coffee.
• Maintain and regularly update sourcing databases, spend data, surveys, and certification records with 100% compliance.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment, prepare analytical reports, and present recommendations to Global Category Management.
• Lead supplier engagement programs, including councils and technical roundtables, to promote best practices and compliance.
• Support project timelines, scorecards, accreditation, and performance reviews for responsible sourcing projects.
• Collaborate with public affairs, legal, and compliance teams on regulatory requirements and industry benchmarking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing with a focus on sustainability or responsible sourcing.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience handling large supplier datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.

• Ivalua procurement platform (or similar system)
