Senior Procurement Officer – Onsite (Cebu IT Park)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to lead internal procurement at GoTeam in Cebu City. You will be responsible for sourcing laptops, headsets, ergonomic chairs, branded merchandise and gifting kits, supporting new hires, executives and remote teammates across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase equipment and office essentials, negotiate bulk discounts and manage vendor contracts.
• Maintain and monitor the approved vendor list, track supplier performance, costs and delivery SLAs.
• Coordinate inventory for hybrid and remote kits in partnership with HR and IT.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives through vendor consolidation and improved payment terms.
• Manage executive travel procurement, including pre‑ordering brochures, pitch decks, tech adapters and branded merchandise for trips to Dubai, London, Singapore and other locations.
• Oversee international courier and logistics arrangements, ensuring timely delivery of urgent items.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or a comparable buying role.
• Hands‑on experience with vendor evaluation, contract negotiation and supplier list management.
• Proven ability to coordinate domestic and international logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work onsite at Cebu IT Park, Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost analysis and reporting.
• Experience with procurement or purchasing software (e.g., ClickUp, Zoho or equivalents).
• Knowledge of BIR documentation and audit‑ready receipt management.
• Strong vendor management and inventory tracking capabilities.
