Senior Procurement Analyst – Night Shift (P2)

About the role

The Senior Procurement Analyst supports the purchase and sourcing process for production and development, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. This night‑shift (P2) position is based at RTX’s facility in Tanauan City, Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase and sourcing RFQs and cost data for production and development projects.
• Set up suppliers and obtain necessary approvals in line with company standards.
• Maintain price books, monitor cost variances, and support standard cost‑roll activities.
• Analyze demand and pricing to determine optimal order quantities and batch sizes.
• Support design activities and execute related plans.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and develop strategies to achieve savings.
• Lead or support implementation of cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with potential suppliers and program teams to reduce weight, cost, and address quality issues.
• Ensure suppliers are ‘rate ready’ for production and manage communication with tactical counterparts.
• Execute commodity strategy and contribute to special projects across value streams.
