Senior Payroll Manager – Hospitality (Remote)

About the role

Twoconnect is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead the end‑to‑end payroll function for multiple Australian hospitality entities. The position is fully remote, based in the Philippines, and offers a standard Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete payroll cycle for all Australian entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, and external providers to process salaries, benefits, and statutory deductions.
• Maintain payroll records, generate reports, and support audit activities.
• Provide guidance on Australian payroll legislation and best practices to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing payroll for Australian companies, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll tax, superannuation, and employment legislation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple entities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
