Senior Paralegal – Manager, Paralegal & Compliance

About the role

The Manager, Paralegal & Compliance oversees the creation, analysis, and execution of the organization’s commercial agreements while supporting regulatory compliance initiatives. This senior position works closely with sales, clients, and internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure contractual governance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents such as Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, 3rd‑Party Collections, and Vendor Agreements for leadership approval.
• Conduct comparative analysis of client contracts against the company’s standard language, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
• Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle—from intake and negotiation support to execution, reporting, and metric tracking using technologies like DocuSign IAM.
• Collaborate with the sales organization and clients to facilitate timely execution of commercial agreements.
• Support global licensing compliance, insurance policy administration, and audit activities.
• Maintain governance of agreement repositories, access controls, and execution processes.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Paralegal certification or comparable professional background.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate legal language into business use cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience using DocuSign IAM for contract execution and repository management.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation processes.
