About the role
We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Lead to own the paid social strategy and performance across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok for Australian and international brands. This senior agency role will be based onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Manila, working closely with brand teams to align paid social initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the paid social strategy for client brands.
- Drive performance and optimisation across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns.
- Manage paid social activities for Australian and other international brands.
- Analyse campaign data to inform optimisation decisions.
- Monitor budget allocation and ROI across platforms.
- Stay current with platform updates and best practices.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in a digital agency environment.
- Proven track record managing paid social for Australian and global brands.
Required skills
- Meta Ads platform.
- LinkedIn Ads platform.
- TikTok Ads platform.
