Senior Operations Manager (Cluster)

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager (Cluster) will lead the performance of a portfolio of malls, ensuring income generation, cost efficiency and compliance with corporate strategies. This role oversees property, lease, tenant and people management to maximise shareholder value.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor mall performance to achieve income, profit and cost‑management targets.
• Implement strategies that enhance property values, including amenities, utilities, security and equipment.
• Maintain high occupancy rates and foster positive relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Ensure compliance with internal, external and environmental regulations.
• Oversee accurate and timely documentation, reporting and data provision for decision‑making.
• Lead recruitment, compensation, performance management, safety, wellness and training for the team.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in training program development and implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mall or large‑scale property operations management.
• Strong track record in income generation, cost control and occupancy optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience in recruitment, performance management and talent development.
