Senior .NET Engineer – Remote Full-Time

About the role

EPG Group is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to design, build, and scale core backend systems that power its global workforce management platform. You will work remotely with an experienced engineering team, focusing on architecture, performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Build high‑quality solutions using modern .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET.NET 10).
• Improve system architecture, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Enhance and modernize existing applications when required.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver reliable software.
• Participate in technical discussions and promote engineering best practices.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience as a .NET Engineer or Developer.
• Proven experience designing scalable, maintainable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Experience modernizing and maintaining legacy applications.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
