Senior Mobile Software Engineer – React Native & Flutter

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer with deep expertise in both React Native and Flutter to lead the design, development, and optimisation of high‑quality cross‑platform mobile applications. The role involves delivering scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with product, UI/UX, backend and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.
• Lead technical design discussions and enforce code quality through best practices and code reviews.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance application performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in React Native and Flutter.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Dart.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and leadership abilities.
