Senior Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila. You will lead the mechanical design and analysis of electromechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and codes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design, prepare and review CAD models and drawings, and perform engineering calculations.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support installation, dismantling, repairs, and system reprocessing projects.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance during site inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives, recommend design improvements, and support proposal and technical documentation preparation.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with experience in building systems, industrial equipment, or electromechanical installations.
• Proven project‑management abilities and experience in research and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; professional license is a plus.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations for electromechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work on‑site, including occasional extended or weekend hours.
