Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the Philippine business through comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and global headquarters, you will shape brand positioning, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand‑building campaigns that reinforce the Life Wear concept and boost top‑of‑mind awareness.
• Lead strategic planning for store marketing, digital channels (social media, paid ads, CRM), product marketing, PR, and sustainability programs.
• Design and implement marketing plans, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive foot traffic and sales in key cities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandise Planning and other departments on weekly, monthly and annual business plans.
• Build relationships with local government, business communities, and sustainability partners.
• Create and manage the overall marketing budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably at senior leadership level (CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Director).
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a business‑owner attitude.
